✏️ POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who blends creative thinking with business insight to shape brands that stand out and scale. You’ll lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market—translating insights into clear, actionable strategies that guide design, content, and performance marketing. You’ll partner closely with both creative and marketing teams to produce strategy for clients in luxury, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, hospitality, and tech.

This role is perfect for a sharp, curious strategist who loves storytelling, frameworks, and measurable outcomes—and wants ownership, collaboration, and room to grow.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on a variety of project types, from brainstorms to design phase to execution.
• Drive the strategic vision across e-commerce touchpoints—social, email, and web—ensuring all content aligns with brand positioning and business goals. You’ll develop clear briefs and guide the creative team to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused campaigns.
• Lead brand-building initiatives—defining positioning, values, and audience insights to guide identity, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist the Creative Director in shoots, defining the visual tone and distinct storytelling elements while aligning with brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Develop and oversee social media strategy—aligning trends, tone of voice, and content pillars to build brand presence and drive engagement across platforms.
• Confidently present your work to the team and clients—explaining the “why” behind every creative decision.
